We are pleased to have a very distinguished Board of Directors.  They provide invaluable guidance and support for our efforts.

This page will serve to introduce them and their backgrounds.

Jo Anne Maxwell (Board President),  Executive Director of Marin retirement community, nurse with strong management skills.  Interested in music, gardening, needle work and cooking.

Carol Randall (Board Vice President), Retired, one of the founding members of the Mayflower Chorus and currently singing in the Chorus as an Alto.

Gretchen Klein (Board Secretary), Chorus soprano – A registered nursing working as a wound care consultant in long term care.  Chairperson Scholarship, Development, Finance and Benefit Gala Committees.

Juanita Chase (Board Treasurer),  Previously served on Board as president. Active on Gala, Development & Finance committees, Mayflower Exceptional Contribution Award (MECA) winner,  Current alto chorus member, Self employed medical editor and secretary MECA winner,  Current alto chorus member.

Betsy Levine-Proctor, A clinical psychologist practicing in Marin. Involved in MCS Strategic Planning Committee and serves as liasion with Marin Civic Center. Interests include music, travel, theater and more.

Teresa Saltzman, former Chorus member and long-time supporter of the Chorus and contributor to the annual Fall Gala.

Mary Sellers,  Chorus Alto, works at County Board of Education

Andrei Jigalin,  Certified Financial Planner with Ameriprise Financial since 1996.  A supporter of the chorus

Linda Allen,  Chorus Alto, Chorus Administrator/Production Coordinator.  Extensive Society committee involvement. Bookkeeper and artist.

 

Gina Pandinia,  Gina is currently the Community Life Services Director  at Aldersly Retirement Community. She has an extensive background in music and has taught in the Marin county schools.  She is active in musical theater and has a degree in Drama from Dominican University.

Michelle Scanlon- She has been director of  Human Resources of UCCR for 3 years.  She has over 5 years as an HR Generalist and specializes in nonprofit organizations; having worked most recently for Aldersly Retirement Community and the Bay Area Discovery Museum.  She grew up in Marin and has worked in the non-profit field for over 15 years.  She has a commitment to volunteerism, and loves spending time outside in the beautiful Marin weather.
